Thank you for choosing NIKHOMES Apartments. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay, please review and adhere to the following guidelines. By booking, guests agree to all terms and rules outlined below.

📜 Terms & Conditions

1. 💳 Payments – All payments are non‑refundable.
2. ✅ Booking Confirmation – Reservations are confirmed only after full payment.
3. ❌ Cancellations/Changes – No cancellations or date changes are permitted.
   
   

🏠 House Rules

1. 🎉 No Parties/Events – Parties, loud music, or events are strictly prohibited.
2. 🎀 No Decorations – Hanging or sticking items is not allowed. Violations will result in forfeiture of the caution fee.
3. 🪑 Furniture – Do not move or rearrange furniture.
4. 📸 Photo/Video Shoots – Not permitted without written approval.
5. 🔌 Appliance Use – Only dedicated sockets should be used for microwave, blender, or electric kettles.
   
   
6. 🕑 Check‑In/Out –

• Check‑in: 2:00 PM
• Check‑out: 12:00 PM
• Late check‑out after 12:20 PM forfeits half of caution fee.
  
  

🧹 Cleaning Service – Provided every 2 days between 10 AM – 4 PM.🚭 Smoking Policy – Smoking is prohibited inside apartments. Allowed only at the balcony, poolside, or snooker area.🛏️ Damages/Stains – Stained bedsheets, towels, pillowcases, or damaged items will be deducted from the caution fee.💵 Caution Fee Refund – Refunded within 24 hours after check‑out.
