NIKHOMES Properties – Terms & Conditions and House Rules

At NIKHOMES Properties, your lifestyle is our priority. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we have established the following terms and conditions. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply fully with these rules.


Authority and Compliance

NIKHOMES Properties reserves the right to dismiss, end, or restrict any service at our discretion, with or without cause. Guests who misuse our support channels, booking system, or communication platforms may have their accounts suspended. We operate independently and expect all guests to comply with our policies and applicable laws.

Booking and Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after full payment. Payments are non‑refundable, and cancellations or date changes are not permitted once a reservation is confirmed. Guests are advised to book only when certain of their travel plans.

Support Services

Support is available via email and ticketing systems. Response times may vary, but we will always do our best to resolve issues promptly. Live chat and phone support are not guaranteed. Requests for system modifications or special services may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and personal information. Any unauthorized use of accounts or violations of property rules must be reported immediately. Guests are also responsible for their belongings and compliance with local laws during their stay.


House Rules

Parties, loud music, or events are strictly prohibited. Decorations, rearranging furniture, or unauthorized photo/video shoots are not allowed without prior approval. Smoking is prohibited inside apartments but permitted in designated outdoor areas such as balconies or poolside. Damaged or stained items will be deducted from the caution fee.

Check‑in time is 2:00 PM, and check‑out time is 12:00 PM. Late check‑out beyond 12:20 PM will result in forfeiture of half of the caution fee. Cleaning services are provided every two days between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.


Prohibited Activities

Guests may not use NIKHOMES Properties for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Activities such as harassment, fraud, spam, phishing, hacking, or distribution of harmful materials are strictly forbidden. Any attempt to exploit or damage property systems will result in immediate termination of services.


Ownership and Warranty

All facilities, services, and content provided by NIKHOMES Properties remain our exclusive property. Services are provided “as‑is” without any warranty or guarantee of compatibility with third‑party systems. We are not liable for damages or losses arising from misuse or inability to use our services.


Payment and Refund Policy

No refunds or cashbacks will be issued once payment is completed. Guests agree not to dispute or charge back payments. Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen payment methods, will result in immediate account termination.

Coupons and Promotions

NIKHOMES Properties may offer free balance credits, coupons, or promotional discounts. These are subject to review and may be revoked if misused. Accounts with negative balances due to revoked credits will be suspended until settled.

By booking with NIKHOMES Properties, guests acknowledge and agree to all terms and house rules. We are committed to providing a secure, luxurious, and memorable hospitality experience.
