NIKHOMES TERMS & CONDITIONS & HOUSE RULES
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All payments are non-refundable.
2. Booking is confirmed only after full payment.
3. No cancellations or date changes allowed.
APARTMENTS RULES:
1. No parties, loud music, or events.
2. No decorations (hanging/sticking items). Violations forfeit caution fee.
3. Do not move furniture.
4. No video/photo shoots without written approval.
5. Only dedicated sockets for microwave/ blender/ electric kettles should used
6. Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. Late check-out after 12:20 PM forfeits half of caution fee.
7. Cleaning: Every 2 days (10 AM–4 PM)
8. No smoking inside. Only balcony/poolside/ snooker area allowed.
9. Badly Stained bed-sheets, towels, pillow cases or damaged items will be deducted from caution fee.
10. Caution fee will be refunded 24 hrs after check-out.
